Willow Yang Consulting was founded with the goal of providing high quality consulting services to the Government Sector, primarily the Department of Defence and Industry Partners.
We focus on the provision of high quality products and collaborative engagements with clients and stakeholders leveraging off the breadth of skills, knowledge and experience in platform integration, space systems, satellite communications and systems engineering.
Willow Yang works closely with clients to provide trusted strategic advice through deep expertise, and a fact-based analytical approach and has supported a number of Defence capability projects across acquisition and sustainment through Independent Assurance Reviews and Smart Buyer Workshops.
Willow Yang is located in Canberra, Australia and has provided engineering subject matter expertise to a number of Navy and Space capabilities integrating communications systems into Platforms and Shore based infrastructure.
David Williams
David Williams is the founder and Director of Willow Yang Consulting.
David holds degrees in Engineering (Hons), majoring in mechatronic systems and Commerce, majoring in Finance. David also completed a Masters in Systems Engineering and is a Chartered Engineer (CPEng) currently registered on the International Professional Engineers Agreement (IPEA), APEC Engineer Register and the National Engineering Register in the area of Information, Telecommunications and Electronics.
David has supported the delivery of a number of complex capabilities primarily in the Sea and Space domains through the provision of professional engineering advice and products across the Capability Lifecycle.
